At Stylora, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and seamless delivery to all our customers. We currently ship across India, ensuring that orders reach customers safely and on time. All orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping, while orders below this amount may include standard shipping charges as shown during checkout. At present, we do not offer international shipping, and deliveries are restricted to locations within India.

 

Customers opting for Cash on Delivery (COD) can enjoy this service across India with a fixed COD fee of ₹60. Once an order is shipped, tracking details are shared via WhatsApp, email, and SMS, allowing customers to monitor their shipments easily through the provided link. The usual delivery timeline for orders is 7–10 business days from the date of shipment. However, delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Our handling and processing times are designed to ensure prompt dispatch. Orders containing in-stock items are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. Customized or made-to-order products may require additional preparation time and can take up to 25 days to ship.

 

There are a few important points to keep in mind regarding delivery. If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may attempt multiple deliveries. Any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, delivery timelines may be extended during public holidays or festive seasons.

Orders involving custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewellery follow a slightly stricter policy. These items can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, no cancellations will be accepted, as the production process begins immediately to craft these specialized pieces.

Refund & Return Policy

Our Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may request a return, exchange, or refund. To ensure a smooth experience, we require that all returned products remain in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged at the time of return. Any product showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted. Additionally, customers must include all original packaging materials, such as the jewellery box, certificate (if provided), tags, and the invoice, whether digital or physical.

 

We offer a 15-day, no-questions-asked return window, allowing customers to initiate a return within this period without any complications. However, certain products are not eligible for return or exchange due to their customized nature or hygiene and category restrictions. These include personalized or engraved jewellery, custom-made orders, and items such as rakhi, idols, candles, perfumes, utensils, and coins.

 

Exchange requests are permitted once per order, provided the request is made within the same 15-day period. This ensures fairness and proper handling of each order.

 

Refunds are processed only after the returned item undergoes a successful quality check by our team. Once the item is verified and approved, the refund will be initiated through the original mode of payment or as per the customer’s preference, wherever applicable.

Refund Process & Missing Items Policy

 

Our Refund Process and Missing Items Policy ensures a smooth and transparent experience for all customers. Refunds are processed within 48 hours after the returned item is received at our warehouse and passes the quality inspection. If a customer claims to return multiple items but the pickup includes fewer products, the company reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing item from the refund. This rule also applies to any promotional items such as free gifts or silver coins. A credit note will not be issued if the return package is missing original packaging, the invoice, certificates, or any materials included in the shipment.

 

Returns can be initiated through our website or by contacting Customer Support. Once the request is booked, customers must remain available for pickup and attend calls from the delivery partner. If the pickup is cancelled due to unavailability, the return will need to be re-initiated. While most locations support reverse pickup, some pin codes may not. In such cases, customers may need to send the product via an alternate courier like India Post. We reimburse up to ₹70 for such returns, and any additional charges will be deducted from the refund.

 

If a customer receives an empty parcel or a missing item, the issue must be reported within 48 hours, along with a 360-degree unboxing video as evidence. Claims may be rejected if the video is unclear or shows signs of tampering, and the brand reserves the right to make the final decision.

All custom jewellery orders require full payment at the time of placing the order. Because each piece is uniquely crafted, custom orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Additionally, once the production process begins, no cancellations or modifications can be accommodated due to the personalized nature of the work.

 

Before production starts, customers will receive a detailed design or digital preview via email or WhatsApp. Production will proceed only after the customer provides explicit approval of the design. If any changes are requested after approval, they may lead to additional charges or a longer production timeline.

 

The standard production time for custom jewellery is 25 working days, although this may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, or seasonal demand. Should there be any anticipated delays, customers will be informed promptly to maintain complete transparency throughout the process.

Warranty Policy

At Stylora, we are committed to delivering high-quality silver jewellery that customers can trust. To ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience, all our silver pieces come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty protects customers from issues related to plating defects, manufacturing faults, and structural problems that are not caused by misuse.

 

While we stand behind the quality of our products, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tarnishing caused by chemicals, perfumes, sweat, or moisture, nor does it apply to breakage resulting from mishandling or accidental damage. Jewellery that has been repaired or altered by unauthorized sources is also excluded from coverage.

 

Initiating a warranty claim is simple and convenient. Customers can submit their claims through the Stylora App or the official website. Once submitted, the product will undergo a quality check to determine eligibility. If the claim is approved, Stylora will provide the appropriate solution, which may include free repair, replacement, or another suitable service recommended by our quality team.

Lifetime Free Plating Service Policy

At Stylora, we believe that your jewellery should shine beautifully for a lifetime. To support this promise, we offer a Lifetime Free Re-Plating Service for eligible silver jewellery, ensuring that each piece maintains its brilliance and appearance over the years. This service is provided completely free of cost, as long as the item meets the terms and conditions of the policy.

 

All eligible silver jewellery items qualify for unlimited free re-plating, giving customers the freedom to refresh their favourite pieces whenever needed. The only requirement is that the first re-plating can be availed after 180 days from the date of delivery. This ensures fair usage and helps maintain the quality of the product.

 

The service covers everything needed to restore shine and beauty. This includes re-plating due to fading, restoring surface shine, and applying a fresh coating to rejuvenate the jewellery. There is no limit on how many times a customer can avail this service during the product’s lifetime, making it a truly valuable benefit.

 

However, certain items are excluded due to material and structural limitations. The Lifetime Free Plating Service does not apply to multi-tone jewellery or oxidized silver pieces. Additionally, jewellery that contains diamonds, pearls, black beads, coins, rakhis, idols, or utensils is not eligible for this service, as these materials may not support repeated plating without affecting their integrity.
